​NAUSS was founded under the leadership and guidance of Crown Prince Naif Ben Abdul Aziz the deputy premier, minister of interior and chairman of supreme council of the university. The main mission of NAUSS as envisioned by the council of Arab ministers of interior is to promote the performance of Arab security organizations according to internationally recognized standards and realize the goal of total security in this part of the world.

Since its inception, NAUSS has become the sole organ of the Arab ministerial council for formulating and implementing inter –Arab security programs and promoting the performance of security personnel across the Arab world.

Now, NAUSS is launching its new portal to enable every interested visitors, Arab or otherwise to network with each other and exchange views and ideas on the challenging security issues. We are confident that this new service will be useful to researchers and security experts inside and outside the Arab world
