Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS) recognizes the essential role of public relations and media in the success of its activities and in its regional and worldwide image. 

   The Department of Public Relations and Media was established in 1980 with the aim of strengthening relations between NAUSS and different Arab security and public sectors and institutions. 

    It gives an accurate picture of the university and its specialist roles and activities regionally - as well as abroad. The department gives the latest information about university departments and activities and produces a monthly magazine available in Arabic and English.  

    It oversees and arranges visits to NAUSS by royalty, top-level diplomats, academics and company executives. In addition to this, official visits by NAUSS representatives to various locations are organized by the department.     

   The department provides support and assistance to university staff and students, facilitating their contact with other departments. It helps provide staff and students with outside medical care and travel arrangements - in addition to other general services.

   Furthermore, almost all other departments at NAUSS provide facilities and services in support of the many varied activities organized and overseen by the Department of Public Relations and Media.
