1. To fully grasp and assimilate theories, methods and ways of strategic thinking along with benefiting from them and work towards their proliferation and spread.
2. Build up a generation of researchers and practitioners in the area of strategy and futuristic studies from a security point of view. They should be well qualified and capable of setting strategies; alternatives to them and plans for their implementation.
3. Enhancing interdisciplinariness among the multifarious disciplines; utilization of technology and presentation of an educational system at which the various schools of knowledge converge and integrate to serve the cause of sustainable Arab development.
4. Strengthen relationship with Arab and International Colleges Centers of strategic and futuristic studies and research.
