Every Head of Department is bestowed with the following undertakings:
1. Technical and administrative running of his department.
2. Prepare regular report on the activities of his department.
3. Close follow-up to the enactment of the departmental academic and administrative programs.
4. Proposing work agenda for deliberations of the ICC Board.
5. Implement any task delegated to him by the (IC) Director.
