The main aims of the College of Higher Studies are as follows:

-       To provide security personnel the linguistic skills and knowledge enabling them to effectively communicate in a foreign language in their different fields of work.  

-       To enable security personnel to benefit from specialist academic conferences and publications in different languages in the field of security.
