1. improve the administrative and technical capabilities of personnel working in Arab labs to cope with new developments in technical fields, and to make use of different international expertise.
2. boast scientific research and authoring in the fields of forensic sciences and criminal investigation in a way to enrich Arab library and literature in this field.
3. strengthen relationship among personnel working in Forensic labs in Arab countries, to encourage exchange of expertise and information with Arab countries universities, scientific organs, research centers and the university, locally, regionally and internationally.                         
4. upgrade technical and practical performance of forensic laboratories in Arab countries through control of quality, testing efficiency of experts to help laboratories acquire trust and to accredit its reports in particular graphic criminal reports dealing with criminal investigations and realizing justice.
5. provide high standard academic and professional education/ training in various disciplines of forensic sciences, both at the basic and advance levels.
6. encourage and support basic and applied research in various fields of forensic sciences.
7.  expand the knowledge and skills pertaining to forensic sciences to Arab countries through seminars, workshops, symposia, conferences, forums and gathering.
8. To improve the quality of work and standard of forensic science investigations in the Arab forensic science laboratories by designing and implementing quality assurance and proficiency testing programs.
9. To develop and establish CFS as a regional and international center for education, research and forensic identification.
