Tasks of the Secretariat

The Secretariat carries out the following tasks:
1. It preserves and organizes files of the Center.
2. It documents out-going and in-coming mail of the SRC.
3. It prepares and follows – up registers on attendance and departure for the personnel associated with the respective departments of Studies and Research Center (SRC).
4. It manages typing and xeroxing of secretarial papers related to the Studies and Research Center (SRC) and its respective departments.
5. It prepares agendum and folders of the Academic Committee and the meetings of the SRC. Also, it preserves invitations issues on the request of the Dean.
6. It participates in the drafting and the preparation of the Annual Action Program of the Studies and Research Center (SRC).
7. It participates in presenting the final view on the project related to the program activities of the SRC.
8. It prepares graphic drawings, explaining the achievements of the various departments, operating under SRC.
9. It supervises the demonstration of the media activities of the SRC in coordination with other pertinent organs of the University.
10. It supervises and maintains the follow-up of the procedures related to the vacations granted to the employees of the SRC.
11. It maintain constant follow-up on the integrity and the cleanliness of the SRC building.
12. It forwards instructions and pertinent directions to the various departments associated with SRC.
13. It maintains the record the follow-up of various academic folders.
14. It undertakes to carry out any responsibility entrusted by the Dean of Studies and Research center within the confines of his jurisdiction.
