Tasks of the College Council

The College Council carries out the following tasks:
1. It studies projects related to the Annual Action Program of the Training College (TC) and recommends to the University Board of Directors for approval.
2. It studies and approves the plan on training programs as delineated in the Action Program of the Training College (TC) upon its preparation by the competent supervisors.
3. It approves the formation of special committees according to their needs that arise upon the presentation of academic material for study and later its feasibility for incorporation in training programs.
4. It offers academic advice, upon the instructions of the University President, for the subjects presented.
5. It evaluates College performance in the light of annual report prepared by the College Dean. Incorporated in the report are details on the affairs of the trainees and other academic activities in progress at the College.
6. It reinforces academic interactions with universities, research centers and other training institutions. Also, it recommends entering into contracts with such organs. Further, it ratisfies such contracts upon their finalization.
7. It prepares Annual Action Program on training in the light of the needs of security personnel in the Arab countries.
8. It spell out an operational plan on the training program in coordination with the general University plan covering its academic activities.
9. It finalizes the results of the trainees in consonance to the pertinent university by-laws and regulations.
10. It supervises specialized security exhibitions and participates in identical exhibitions conducted either inside the Kingdom or outside.
11. It lays down organizational rules regulating the respective functions of the various departments associated with the Training College (TC).
12. It prepares the annual budget of the Training College (TC).
13. It discusses the suggestions offered by the University President on the affairs of the College _____ academic and training.
