The Training College (TC) seeks to accomplish the following objectives:
1. It develops in the Arab security personnel skills _____ scientific and academic _____ that facilitate their performance roles.
2. It prepares and produces qualified security personnel within the Arab world. With such preparations, they are able to handle all intricate problems and requirements which cover the broad range of security concerns.
3. It spells out comprehensive training plans that tend to enhance and develop the competencies of the personnel associated with twin areas _____ security organs and criminal justice _____ throughout the Arab world.
4. It devises general policy on training commensurate to the needs of the security personnel in the Arab countries.
5. It projects security culture in its comprehensive concept through the displays of its permanent and periodic specialized exhibitions. 
6. It prepares security-oriented training programs for all the personnel associated with security, government and public sectors compatible to the comprehensive security ideal.
