Training, per se, is a decisive determinant which provides dynamism to administrative functioning. In the years past, it remained in a state of disorganism. It operated on individual basis. In the contemporary age, however, it has witnessed progressive development. In fact, training as a concept has reached its climax. Now specialized institutions are visible that impart training in multifarious areas.
The Training College (TC) has assumed most significant status within the Naif Arab University for Security Science (NAUSS). The latter assumes two areas _____ research and training. The second area was assigned to the Training College (TC). It was with this assignment, the College was established in the year 1417 A.H. It has contributed, through training, in producing thousands of experts throughout the Arab world within the twin areas of security and criminal justice. This gigantic task is still continuing unabated for all the personnel associated with Arab security bodies.
Commensurate to the process of development and modernism, the Training College (TC) has undergone reorganization. Also, it is reinforced with competent and qualified faculty which facilitates its functioning on scientific lines. As such, it has attained a status in the contemporary world. In any event, TC now ranks as one of the pioneering and specialized institutions in training in the modern world.
