Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS) is holding a five-day training course developing the skills and knowledge of training staff from various security sectors. The course runs from 29/01/2011 – 02/02/2011 on the university campus in Riyadh.
Attendees on the course are from various security fields including training staff from various security colleges and institutes.
The course aims to provide the latest training in delivering lectures and presentations, managing training programs, using the latest training methods and technologies, advanced skills in delivering and evaluating training courses, exploring the correct etiquette of the successful trainer, and the use of modern technology in training.
The course discusses various subjects: Training needs, ways of identifying and arranging training needs, skills in professional training, present-day Arab training and its future ambitions, the role of the trainer in developing and changing behavior, shared experiences in Arab countries, and many other related subjects.
This course—and those like it—are part of the realization of the importance that NAUSS gives to training security personnel. Providing the latest training, and developing the skills and knowledge of Arab personnel is one of the major goals of the university.
