1 - Adoption of the draft, as appended to appeal to Saudi Arabia to begin work at the earliest opportunity, to be presented to the next General Assembly of the amendments required in the light of experience.
2 - thanks very much to the Government of Saudi Arabia to embrace this important and vital project, which pays the organization to a new start in the same session was the adoption of the Statute, as the following article (1) arises in the context of the Arab Organization for Social Defense Against Crime Arab Center for the Study of Social Defense and Training to be based in the city of Riyadh. At the fourteenth session of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers held in Tunis from 4-5/1/1997 was renamed the Arab Center for Security Studies and Training to become the Naif Arab Academy for Security Sciences in recognition of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers value the efforts made by His Royal Highness Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz in the construction and development of the scientific process of joint Arab security action.
